Basic requirements:

• Graduates of economics, social, political or regional sciences
• Experience in project management and organisational development
• Experience in managing digital and social media
• Experience in the region and in development cooperation
• Fluency in German, English and one of the regional languages (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, Montenegrin)
• EU citizenship
